For this project, my client envisioned a home that felt light, airy, and effortlessly uplifting—an inviting blend of modern, contemporary, and Hamptons-inspired style. She gravitated toward soft tones, natural textures, and bright, open spaces, and wanted her living and dining areas to feel calm, cohesive, and beautifully refreshed.
The design approach centred around creating an atmosphere of ease and tranquillity. By layering warm neutrals, gentle coastal accents, and clean contemporary lines, the spaces now feel both refined and relaxed. Light-washed timbers, woven textures, and subtle tonal variations add depth without overwhelming the serene palette, while carefully chosen décor pieces bring softness and a sense of considered simplicity.
The final result is a harmonious pair of rooms that feel fresh, welcoming, and perfectly attuned to the client’s lifestyle. It was a joy to reimagine these spaces and create a home environment that reflects her love of light, bright living and timeless, modern comfort.
